I design, build, sell and operate AI products end to end.

One company acquired, one venture-backed and scaled to millions. Today I run three: Kijestic AI, Dermetry AI, and Dasom Essence. A fleet of AI agents does the work. I set the direction and close the deals.

01  /  What I'm building now

Three companies, one operator.

Kijestic AI

Founder · Feb 2026 to now
Agent infra

Cognitive infrastructure for AI agents: the right knowledge and skills, loaded at the exact moment an agent needs them. In practice it is a working one-human company.

  • 11 task-queue daemons with per-department routing, atomic claiming, and quality gates that block weak output before it ships.
  • Multi-provider LLM routing across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and xAI with failover chains and per-call cost tracking.
  • Runs marketing, operations and outreach for 7 client accounts.

Dermetry AI

Founder · Jun 2026 to now
Live & paid

An AI skin analysis company. Computer vision scores skin on the user's own device in seconds and turns the result into practical guidance. The tagline is "Skin, measured."

  • Face Verdict is live and taking payments: upload a photo, get your 8 best haircuts ranked and rendered on your own face with identity preserved.
  • Dermetry Pro installs with one script tag and is running inside real med spa and beauty stores.
  • Processing is on-device and photos are never stored, which is the privacy wedge against the incumbents.

Dasom Essence

Operating partner · Jun 2026 to now
DTC brand

A premium K-beauty skincare brand selling PDRN-based products direct to consumers. I run the brand end to end rather than advising it.

  • Own growth, content, product and ecommerce operations across the full catalogue.
  • Built the reviews and trust system, the content engine, and the product page rebuild.
  • Applied the same agent fleet that runs Kijestic to a real consumer brand.

Solisa AI

Founder & CEO · automating the insurance sales workflow end to end
  • Grew revenue from $0 to roughly $2.5M cumulative in 18 months, with $1.4M in signed enterprise contracts and $19M in signed letters of intent.
  • Owned the full go-to-market motion and personally closed every enterprise account through founder-led, bottom-up selling.
  • Customer outcomes: 5x lead-to-policy conversion, 40% higher agent revenue, retention extended from 3 months to 6 to 12.
  • Built and led a 12-person team; recruited Henry Loubet, former CEO of UnitedHealthcare, as strategic advisor.

03  /  The person behind the resume

The streak never broke.

I have been starting things since high school. At 17 I ran K Productions, a web design and advertising agency that reached $100K ARR before I graduated. My summers went to Dignity Health, working accounting, resources, the ICU and the ER. I translated for Vietnamese patients at a community clinic, taught at my church, and edited video for anyone who asked.

College at ASU brought Accompanian, which was acquired. Then Solisa, venture-backed and scaled to millions in revenue with a 12-person team and enterprise clients I closed myself. DoorStopper came and went inside a single quarter, which taught me more about pivots than the two years before it.

Now Kijestic, Dermetry and Dasom, where I am testing a bigger idea: that one person with the right AI infrastructure can operate like a company. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese, based in Arizona, and I answer my own email.

Founder-led sales

I closed every enterprise account at Solisa myself. Selling is not a department, it is the founder's job.

Trust first

Demo before anyone pays. Proof up front, payment after approval.

End-to-end ownership

Architecture, code, pricing, contract, delivery. One owner, no handoffs.

Agents do the work

I build the systems that run operations so I can focus on direction and relationships.

05  /  Where I fit

Hiring? This is the shortlist.

I run my own companies, and I take the right full-time seat when the problem is worth it. Five roles where the record maps directly:

Agentic engineering
Designed and operate a production multi-agent platform: 11 task-queue daemons, multi-provider LLM routing with failover, and quality gates. The same systems run three real businesses today.
Product management
Shipped Face Verdict from zero to live and paid. At Solisa, owned roadmap, pricing and packaging across a 12-person team with enterprise customers in production.
Chief of staff
Ran operations, content, finance admin and outreach across three companies at once; built the reporting, approval and decision systems that keep one principal on top of all of it.
Strategic planning
Set and re-set strategy under pressure: called the DoorStopper placement-first pivot inside one quarter, and managed One Flow's platform transition inside a global org at Renesas.
Growth / GTM engineering
Founder-led motion that closed every Solisa enterprise account on the way from $0 to roughly $2.5M cumulative, then built the outbound, sequencing and attribution systems agents now run.
